Terms of Service
Last updated July 2026
1. What BloomQuest: Celebrate is
BloomQuest: Celebrate is a mobile app for iPhone and Android that helps you build a personalized, interactive quest for someone you care about. You describe the person and the occasion, the app generates a quest you can read and edit, and when you are happy with it you publish it as a single private link that the recipient opens in their web browser.
These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and BloomQuest: Celebrate. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use BloomQuest: Celebrate.
2. Your account
You need an account to create quests. You must provide accurate information, keep your sign in credentials safe, and meet the minimum age or parental-consent requirements that apply where you live. If a child is using the app, a parent or guardian should create and manage the account. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
Recipients never need an account. BloomQuest: Celebrate is designed for people of all ages, and a parent or guardian should help younger children open and navigate a quest when appropriate.
3. Free to build, paid to publish
Creating, editing, and previewing quests is free. Free accounts include up to three quest generations per day. An active BloomQuest: Celebrate Year subscription includes up to 50 generations per month; regenerations count toward that allowance. Publishing a quest so it can be shared requires either an active subscription or one time publishing credits.
A one time credit unlocks one world for one intended recipient, including its first published share and one final published update. one time credits never expire.
Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store or by Google through Google Play, under their payment terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in your store account settings. Refunds are handled by the store you purchased through, following their policies.
If your subscription ends, links you already published stay live. Publishing a new quest or another update requires an active subscription or a one time credit with its final update available.
4. Your content
The names, memories, stories, and answers you put into a quest belong to you. You give BloomQuest: Celebrate a limited license to store, process, and display that content solely to provide the service: generating your quest, saving your drafts, and serving the published link to the people you share it with.
Quest scenes are generated with the help of an automated writing service from the brief you provide. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before you publish it. Generated content may occasionally be inaccurate or imperfect, so please read your quest before sharing it.
5. User Content Policy and acceptable use
BloomQuest: Celebrate exists to make people feel loved. Do not use it to create or share content that is hateful, harassing, threatening, sexually explicit involving minors, deceptive, or otherwise unlawful. Do not attempt to break, probe, or overload the service, scrape it, resell it, or use it to violate the privacy or rights of another person.
Only build quests about a real person if you have a genuine personal connection with them and a caring intent. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules and remove content that violates them.
6. Shared links
A published quest lives at an unlisted link protected by a hidden key. Anyone who has the link can open the quest, so treat the link with the same care as the content inside it. You choose who receives it, and you can archive a quest to stop sharing it.
A shared link always shows the exact version you published. Edits you make afterward stay private until you publish an available update.
7. Availability and changes
We work hard to keep BloomQuest: Celebrate available, but the service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We may add, change, or remove features, and we may update these terms. If a change is material we will let you know in the app or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use BloomQuest: Celebrate after a change means you accept the updated terms.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BloomQuest: Celebrate is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
9. Ending your relationship with us
You can stop using BloomQuest: Celebrate at any time and delete your account from Profile, then Privacy and data, inside the app. Deleting your account removes your quests and published links. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, with notice where reasonable.
Questions about these terms can be sent to support@bloomquest-app.com. A person reads and answers every message.
